I was responsible for creating the observation room with props present, and keep every asset I made as reusable as possible, including materials. This led me to making 90% of the architecture completely modular and reusable, as well as build the assets in such a way that they'd allow an as large amount as possible of reusability and also to easily make variants of them in the future if there would be a need.
I created 4 custom tileable materials with tweakable colours (plaster, marmoleum floor, concrete ceiling, fiberglass panelling (trimsheet)) and 2 more slightly specialized tileable textures (lightbar and cable bundle textures). Aside from that I also made the unique textures for all the loose assets.
